High-precision Steinheil KONTUR 408-2/D optoelectronic contour and shaft measurement system with high-quality Jenoptik optics

The system is designed for non-contact, high-precision, and rapid measurement of rotationally symmetric components (e.g., shafts, camshafts, turned parts)

The device scans the measurement object non-contact using the shadow image principle. Rotational measurements are recorded with up to 1,440 measurement points on the circumference per measurement location. Evaluation and quality control are performed directly via integrated SPC (Statistical Process Control) software based on Windows NT, featuring clear tolerance bars and diagrams

The system is housed in a closed aluminum profile enclosure with a transparent protective cover and is safeguarded by professional safety light curtains
