The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series differs from the standard series by using the best and most precise engines in its class and drive transmission, which significantly increase the machining capabilities of the machine, making it the most industrialized series in this price range.

The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series CNC milling machine with a working surface of 2100x4000mm and a clearance in the Z axis of 300mm is equipped with a 9kW electrospindle and 24000 rpm on ceramic bearings. The machine's work table is made in hybrid technology - it has vacuum sections and subsections enabling automatic, non-invasive clamping of the processed material as well as T-slots allowing manual clamping of irregular shapes.

ATC - The machine is equipped with an automatic linear magazine with a capacity of 8 tools. The automatic cutter changer does not require manual tool changing by the operator. Within one process, the machine can perform a multitude of operations such as surface planning, milling and drilling with various tools.

Reinforced HEAVY DUTY construction - the machine body consists of profiles with a wall thickness of up to 10 mm. The frame is welded in its entirety, then subjected to a stress-relieving process in special conditions, and finally milled. This sequence of the process ensures the achievement of excellent results in stiffness, stability and vibration resistance.
