VIVOTEC holds international patents for high-tech systems for applying natural oxygen to fresh products. It brings pure oxygen diredctly into the interior of the meat muscle, delaying discolouring when the meat is stored open behind the counter or in self-service packaging. Application of oxygen is not possible on meat that has already been in storage too long and is discolored.
